Hydrolyze Eye Cream Reviews
About Hydrolyze
Hydrolyze is a new eye cream that utilizes to main ingredients:
- Haloxyl
- Matricyl 3000.
It’s goal is to eliminate two of the most common eye care problems: dark circles under the eyes, and wrinkles around the eyelids; commonly referred to as crow’s feet.
We first heard about this product through their television commercials and website that offers a free 30 day trial.
Why Under Eye Circles Form
Dark circles under your eyes are primarily formed by blood leaking from capillaries close to the skin’s surface. When this blood oxidizes, it turns a bluish red color. Because the skin underneath the eyes is so thin, the appearance of these dark circles is more prominent.
Hydrolyze’s main purpose is to reduce the appearance of these dark circles.
Active Ingredients

Haloxyl
This is Hydrolyze’s main active ingredient. They claim that it is scientifically proven to reduce the leaked blood under the skin ( referred to as “hemoglobin degradation by-products” by plastic surgeons) which causes dark under eye circles.

It is a mixture of natural enzymes that break down the blood, which in turn reduces the appearance of dark under eye circles.
The ultimate goal of Haloxyl is to strengthen the capillaries, preventing the blood from leaking in the first place.
Matrixyl 3000
Matrixyl 3000 is used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the eye. It purports to help in three ways by producing more of your skin’s natural:
- Collagen
- Hyaluronic Acid
- Fibronectin
According to the clinical studies on Matrixyl 3000™, the long-term results begin almost immediately and are easily noticeable within weeks:
- 33% decrease in the appearance of wrinkle density
- 23% decrease in the appearance of wrinkle volume
- 20% decrease in the appearance of wrinkle depth

Our Hydrolyze Eye Cream Review
Under Eye Circles
Like all our other eye cream reviews, we used Hydrolyze for 2 month’s time using the recommended application methods and doses.
Here is a summary of our results:
Before

- 1 week: No visible results.
- 2 weeks: Better results. Dark circles have turned a lighter gray color. Under eye circles are still highly visible
- 3 weeks: Dark circles have now turned much more grayish. They have started to fade but are still highly visible.
- 4 weeks: Gray circles continue to fade.
- 6 weeks: Gray circles are much less visible then before. Skin below the eyes looks a bit healthier.
- 8 weeks: Gray circles have faded, but are not completely gone.
After

Conclusion
While Hydrolyze Eye Cream wasn’t able to completely get rid of our testers dark under eye circles, it did reduce them better than any of the products we’ve previously tested.
We only tested hydrolyze for the allotted 2 months and did not continue treatment past that date, so we cannot provide long-term results. However, at the end of the 8 week testing period the results did continue to improve up until the point that we ended our test. It is possible that our tester’s dark under eye circles could have faded more, if not completely, upon extended use.

Eye Wrinkles
Like our dark under eye circle test, we also tested Hydrolyze Eye Cream for its ability to reduce the appearance of eye wrinkles over a 2 month period using the recommended dosage and application methods.
Here is the summary of our results:

- Week 1: No visible results.
- Week 2: No visible results.
- Week 3: Wrinkles have begun to fade slightly. Results are visible, yet not overwhelming.
- Week 4: Wrinkles continue to fade slowly. Improvements are visible.
- Week 5: Not much change.
- Week 6: Wrinkles continue to fade, not as quickly as before.
- Week 7: Continued progress, again, not as quickly as before.
- Week 8: Wrinkles have not faded completely, but there is plenty of improvement.

Conclusion
Hydrolyze Eye Cream did improve our tester’s eye wrinkles but the improvements were not as dramatic as the results seen with the dark under eye circles. Compared to other products we’ve reviewed in the past, Hydrolyze stands on it’s own as a wrinkle cream, but its best when used to cure dark under eye circles.

The Houyhnhnms keep the Yahoos for present use in huts not far from the house; but the rest are sent abroad to certain fields, where they dig up roots, eat several kinds of herbs, and search about for carrion, or sometimes catch weasels and luhimuhs (a sort of wild rat), which they greedily devour. Nature has taught them to dig deep holes with their nails on the side of a rising ground, wherein they lie by themselves; only the kennels of the females are larger, sufficient to hold two or three cubs.
